no, but it's a sagem, not a sony... try doing a master reset... if it's still giving problems, go back to sony... and tell them to ditch sagem! I'm thinking if enough people complain, they'll bring back proper phones ie: k750 and w810 and w850, etc... the real SE... * +

chilli they use sagem firm ware in a lot of the newish phones.thats why they keep having trble wid them.specialy budget phones.build qualijy isnt so gud either.they have let down a lot of sony loyal ppl down BADLY.thats why i left! * +

Ahh i got u now personally never owned a sagem phone so didnt know. and i agree had 2 many problems with se still got my w302 but now and then numbers 1 and 4 has started jamming on the keypad *
