I dont understand wat you mean by cant ring out...do you mean you cant make a call when on wap. If yes then its not a firmware problem...no such problem with r2a. Anyways take your phone to se service centre and tell them to upgrade firmware to r2l or latest r2ae and take a look at above problem too. * +

I cnt make a call when off wap either. I get this phone icon next 2 the reception the phone has a red line thru it mate. * +

Well there can be another thing...in nokias there is an option of selectin outgoin phone lines...if i selected that wrong a similar icon came and i couldnt make calls. I havent explored the network settings of my se yet...maybe there is a similar option in it too. * +

When i try txt it says no network n when i search network it says network problem mate. * +
