I think the se service is really bad. I had a t610. Bad phone with no connections with many app. Bad and slow java and a very bad joystick. Then i bought a k500i. Good phone w many features. But in 2 weeks problems with the joystick again. I wrote se about this,and never get a answer back. Never replys om my e-mails also. So my opinion about se service is not good. And bad experienc.w.se phones. * +

i emailed the se support and got a reply straight away saying it was being dealt with, in less than a week they emailed me with a solutilion and the se repair centres near me including address, phone number and email address of the se centres. best support ive ever got from a company actually * +

Sony ericsson were excellent with me when i broke a t610. They couldnt fix it and replaced my phone with a brand new t610. Thats why i got a z600 and now getting an s700i * +

I had the same joyst. problem with the t610 and k500i. And in my country is the se service and also the phoneshop service not good. I emaild them many times and tel.the se service in my country. They never emaild or phoned back. And the service of the phoneshops here is really bad. You can wait 3 month before you get your phone back. Only i love my se k500i. Its a gr.phone.Only that joyst.probl. * +

@clank i have tel.to the se service frm my country. They told me to contact the shop again. And this one want to send it to the se service. And after 2 or 3months i get the phone back. Its good that you all have a good se rervice. In my case unfortunately not. I think the k500i phones are very good with much features. Only in my case that joystickproblem is annoying with no good se service. * +
