Guys my w550 is having some problems. First of all when i start camera the screen is full of lines or gets blurred. Next when i open any picture or movie the display gets blurred. Its gets cured when i reset the phone settings. But i lost all my songs and movies. Please help * +

Take it to a phone shop and get it flashed mine kept deleting things then just went white screen.took it 02 shop to be flashed you need the software upgrade * +
