I tried to conect my k750i to da pc by holdin da 'c' key n plugin in da dcu 60 cable so dat i cud use far manager bt al dat hapens is da fon switches itself on nd starts chargin.. I tried removin da batt n reinsertin it aftr a min but dat does not help either! I must hav done dis over a dozen times but it never worked.. Cud sum1 pls help me?? * +

Dude i dont think u understand.. Im tryin 2 flash ma fon 2 a w800 nd wen i press d 'c' buton n conect d dcu 60 cable its nt suposed 2 turn on. * +

What OS are you using? you MUST remove the sim card from your phone! place the battery back in, press and hold C, and attach the dcu-60. Now a new hardware found wizard should start in your comp. Locate the appropriate usb flash drivers, or choose automatic install if the drivers cd is present in cd drive. * +

Also make sure your phone is NOT cid49. If it is, then you cant update the firmware to w800i. That is because there is NO w800i with cid49 firmware. You cant use the farmanager as well because it does not support cid49 phones. So there's no chance of updating the camera driver, editing operator logos, icons etc. Im one of those unlucky people who have a cid49 K750i :( almost all new K750is are cid49 :( * +

@ehtisham thanks 4 da reply.. The fone is new bt im not sure if its cid49.. I gave it to a phone repair centre n asked em 2 flash it 2 a w800 bt dey couldnt so i gues its a cid 49.. d*mn! * +

Okay look man... I've upgraded my phone to a w800i, but first make sure u have the appropriate drivers installed... You can fine them at topsony.com. My phone connects to far everytime... Oh, and make sure you keep the c b*tton in untill far reads it. You need more help with farmanager, inbox me man... Think i can be of much help because i've done everything to make my K750i (W800i now) * +
