So u can get new covers 4 this model. Dont really wonna change the colour or nethin just the screen. Or can i get the exact cover i have on it now *

Depending on how deep the scratch is you maybe able to polish it out sounds silly i know but its true lol and yeah service center would be able to sort it out if it needs done but id expect they'll do the cheaper option and just change the plastic cover he thats whats scratched *
