My keypad light around the joystick isnt turning off - even when i switch the phone off the light is still on. The only way i can take it out is when i take the battery out. Any help would be appreciated. * +

do a master reset-you'll have 2 options,reset settings,and reset all-the latter will completely restart your phone-its worth a try,but be warned-all your contacts,music,videos,games etc will be lost unless you transfer them 2 your memory card! * +

If that doesnt work then u must take it repair centre. I think its liquid damage. * +

Dont do a master reset you'll only loose all saved data and this is either wear and tear or corrupt firmware and either way a master reset aint gonna do , your best bet is to try a firmware update via sony ericsson website and if it dont work then send it to the sony ericsson cervice centre. * +
