Bone sickness, blood pigs, fetus, purge. There's 4 movie's that make a serbian film look like a Disney movie. Also try the vomit gore trilogy and green elephant. * +

all of those 4 being low budget rare movies, hence why I never heard of them, still don't think they can beat A Serbian film. read the reviews of them too, mostly were negative. * +
