Since I updated to version 1.80 I get the blue light of death every time it goes to sleep or I switch it off , had to wipe all my metal gear save data and games off the memory card to try and get it going wont even boot from recovery . Sony picking this piece of cr*p up next week and then sending me a replacement probably a refurb I expect . (with 3 months warranty or the warranty I have left from day of purchase whatever is greater .. Thanks a bunch sony) * +

All in all owning the vita has been a horrific experience and im selling it as soon as the replacement comes * +

Should have taken it back to the shop and got a new one. Your own fault for sending it to Sony if ya get sent a refurb. And it'd be 5 months left on ya warranty, not 3. Making your sending it to Sony even more stupid. Under the Sale of Goods Act it's the shop's responsibility, and something less than a year old arguably should be replaced with a new one * +

I got it online not in a store . yes i probably could get amazon to replace it on sales of goods act but im selling it so whats the point ? even if it is a refurb you would be hard pushed to tell .. It will look brand new whatever . http://bit.ly/ROyPor * +
