Yes. It means precisely that. The machine can record the past 15 mins of gameplay and you can share it to youtube I assume and maybe PSN potentially. * +

they do that anyway...got the nutters who upload fifa videos and label them as key events thats happened in real football matches the same day. Nothing wrong with sharing, people spend money on equipment to do that and make trolling video's on the xblox * +
