Fallout 4 is being developed for both current and next gen systems. Brotherhood of Steel will be making an appearance. Lyons Pride will be a storyline side quest. the best piece of information is that it could be set near dc ruins....but just how far? at the moment, the two biggest rumour locations are Boston and San Francisco. You can scrub san Fran because it takes nearly 2 days to get there by car and 6 hours by flight and seeing as three dog is in this game, I hardly think he would of braved the journey by foot as he would need the protection of the brotherhood of steel which I doubt they'd offer * +

Boston on the other hand sits just over 400 miles away from the capital wastes, 7 hours by car would probably round out to several days on foot. Bethesda even had a team researching Boston whilst in the city making this the most obvious choice * +
