Russian hackers have broke through Ubisoft's PC Uplay launcher security, so they can trick it into thinking that the game is owned, and can then be downloaded DRM-free for free. They used an old trick to download it, it's really simple. Ubifail should have fixed it months ago. You could download any game available on Uplay for PC, but it didn't bypass DRM. * +
