For some odd reason my steam download region is stuck in same place, everytime I tried to change it, steam restarts, connects but still in the same region...that won't let me download. I deleted clientregistry.blob and restarted but still to no avail. Was trying to download dragonborn but only got to 15.8mb downloaded and it quit... *

I went to verify cache but it said something bout 2 files not being able too which i believe were two mods from workshop that are no longer on there.. I did get an steam update other day..If I roll back to before the update will I lose games I already downloaded? *
