Without having to ring them is there anyway to downgrade a gold account to silver while its in suspension? My account needs renewing but waiting for a new bank card in the post. Dont want to renew another year at this time. *

also just had to transfer the licenses of all my arcade games and then re download the ones not originally downloaded to my current console as while the account is suspended I can only play the trial versions. thankfully though its still letting me re download them from my games list on the dashboard. even ones like umk3 and streets of rage2 which were taken down. *
