Hit me twice, and just struck a PSN friend. The game sticks on the pause screen showing 'autosaving, please wait' leaving the save, load and quit to title greyed out. From the point of it triggering no progress is saved at all 
ffs they better fix it sharpish. Back to Skyrim til they do. * +

its simply ridiculous. you have to quit the game around every 30 minutes, or you lose all your progress. * +

A popular theory is its caused by going to the XMB without first pausing and letting any autosave in progress finish. It's h*tman Absolution all over again

Going by what ppl are saying online its happening regardless of the update or not. It's a fantastic game, they'll fix it pretty quickly it being a Sony game I doubt a fix will take long to roll out * +

Had a similar glitch with Uncharted 3 but it was just a one off. * +
