Good point. In the early days, BF3 had over a million PC gamers online daily, PS3 was in last place but as the months go by, things changed dramatically, and that's puzzling. * +

i think in the last year or 2 the ps3 has moved ahead of the 360, so that may have reflected on the bf3 sales. dont know whay so many played the ps3 version over the others * +

I doubt it has to do with the sales. One has to take into consideration PC gamers were upset with BF3 due to it lacking features available in BF2. Furthermore, Halo 4 helped direct the Xbox 360 crowd from BF3. I believe these things taking effect cause for the higher player count on BF3, which makes it even more surprising that EA would side with MS over Sony. * +

Another thing, COD is still more popular on 360 than anywhere else. People played BF3 and moved back to COD, especially when Black Ops 2 came out. * +
