just run ppsspp for windows and have 60 fps have 60 on mine its the best emu for both pc and phonee * +

cant compare a emulated cr*p to a game with pc roots san andreas engine etc. I get high framerate with the ps2 version too but it cant be compared to a real pc version with sharp graphics. * +
