Was browsing and came across this article showing how easy it is to disassesmble the PS4 without taking it to the repair centre(it voids warranty ofcourse). Somewhere in this article they mention you can replace basically every part yourself or something along that line. So i was just wondering, does that mean replace as in *new* parts or replace as in *upgradable* parts. Just a thought.... * +

tought about slamming a closed loop cooler like the corsair h80i on the chip (lol) an ssd upgrade is a must and wont void the warranty. * +

the OS wont let you change some major components like the APU anyway. you can allways get a Steam Machine if you want full upgradable parts (whistle) * +

i would like a motherboard with a side pcie slot so i could do a flat build like the steam machine has. then i would use a thinner aircooler like the Noctua NH-L9a on the cpu (daydream) and 2 512gb ssd-s in raid0 (lol) * +

You can get a pci-express riser bracket to put a graphics card flat . Or just build a micro atx computer like i am . * +

Will get a PS4 next year anyway. But on a serious note I am seriously considering building a gaming PC as well. I know pretty much the basics only but the thing is I am very stupid when it comes to computers and their components. And I know there are a many places that could help but they tend to rip you off when they see you have no clue. * +
