Ok no fanboy s**t. I got my xbone yesterday and hastily wired it up late last night and first impressions were great . However today when i take a proper look at the console the top is all scratched to fk . The build quality on mine is terrible , Have seen a friends and its much better than mine which makes me think they came from different factory's . But for a 430 pound product it should not be like this . * +

Will they even have a replacement ready? I would take it to Tesco's, show them the damage and say you want a replacement but only when they get more stock, so you can take it away and still use it. * +

Just say xbox buff scratches..(lol) yea I'd exchange it at the store if u could before calling ms..you paid new prices, it should look like new too as well as work. * +

The console top is like that shiny black plastic that the phat ps3 is made of and it looks like someone has cleaned it with a scouring pad . The underside of the console has scratches all over it . Terrible quality for something that costs this much money . Going to call micros**t in the morning and tescos to see what can be done .But im not happy * +

Start raising hell that you got a reconditioned beta testers model. Threaten with blog, Facebook, twitter postings and calling the media. Say that you want a brand new replacement. * +
