If you ever want to just run around the city shooting indiscriminitely without being harassed by the 5-0 here's how to do it.

Make sure you have completed Lester's Construction Assassination, then replay it, making sure you have a parachute before you replay it.

Creep or go full assault through the site to the first lift, take the lift up, then instead of continuing the mission, just jump off the other side of the lift and parachute down.

The mission is kept in limbo and no police will sp*wn, you can forget about the mission and amuse yourself around the city, without the cops showing up (idol) *
