You can play anything on a PC. There could be region restrictions on the optical drive on your PC, but even if there is and it wont play, you can just use an app like AnyDVD and it will play (plus you can skip all the cr*p adverts and copyright warnings at the start). There is a free app like Any DVD but I have forgotten what it is called. * +

You can play it on ps3. And who still uses dvd, i say dump them in a usb stick and play it somewhere that supports it. * +
