My friend bought me a 12 month xbox live code on Monday from ebay and it still hasn't arrived. She used a relatively new account with 0 feedback. I sent a message to the guy yestetday and he's just replied saying that it states people with 0 feedback and new account not to buy. The item has been paid for through paypal, where does she stand? *

open a item Not Received dispute. He will be forced to refund or send you the item. If he sends you a cancellation request, deny it so he will be stuck with the final value fees. *
