PC rules. Well Nvidia of course. Set the game to unlocked fps and then in control panel adaptive vsync. Assuming you have a decent system it'll lock to 60fps vsynced including all replays and free kicks etc. Which are 30fps on console and PC if you choose the locked framerate in the settings * +
