Subject: Dragon Age Inquisition GOTY?

The templars I think, I just tamed a big dragon after drinking from the well.
It's a really long game, want to finish it and play something else. I like RPGs but they take hours, got Phantom Pain to play next then going to try Alan Wake as that Quantum Break looks good but I'll wait for few months till I get that so they can iron out the bugs.

Last mission is doom upon the world and it says that if I do it then some content won't be available.
Should I continue to do the long advisor missions that take hours and closing the s hafts and other side missions with my squad, does any of that help with the end story or doesn't it matter?
No spoilers please if you can.

I've only killed one dragon and I'm on level 19 and my armour for me and my squad is 227 and got pretty good weapons, maybe I need to upgrade before doing the final mission. * +

Closing rifts, most of the side quests dont affect the end at all..just choices you made, like who you helped become revered mother of chantry, leader of orlais etc. .once you do the final mission though You can continue with your side quests, closing rifts and what not...

Read on google that you can't do the companion quests after so I'll finish them off.
Not sure about the revered mother, don't remember that.
Might just do a save then do the last mission so can go back to it after. * +

Well the revered mother not really a quest, but at skyhold when talking to cassandra,leliana, or viviene you got certain speech options that helps decide which one will be the next revered mother.
I just did weird quest in emerald graves, and that was not a marked quest but found a note that listed all these steps to do, like walk 100 steps here...lights torches so many times there...did all that and ended up fighting sone demon. Was good though, got some nice rare crafting material from the demons loot.

Oh I've only just started talking to them at Skyhold, was just interested in doing the quests. I'll try to talk to them more before doing the final mission.
Really a great game though, think I'll play a few shorter games for a while though although I love rpgs but they take ages and I don't like moving on from a game until I've completed it as I used to do that and had loads of uncompleted games. * +

I picked Lilianna and think it all turned out okay, finished it and lost one of my party but made a save before finishing it so can go back and finish it off at a later dat.
Going to play either Alan Wake or Phantom Pain now, don't know which one though.
Anyways great game, enjoyed it. *
