Mods will be supported on xbox one and ps4. Saw an interview with the head designer guy and he said they are working on brining mod support to ps4.

It's not an actual Pipboy, it's just the outer casing which houses your smart phone.
The neat thing is, you can use it as a second screen so no more drawing up the Pip boy whilst playing. It can be used in real time.
I'm hoping to see some Vita support too * +
