Doesn't matter what you think does it? It just crashes and locks up a lot, there is so much stuttering when multitasking. MCC clearly has a bunch of frame drops in the campaigns very noticeable in many areas. This i proven by DF, and I notice it regularly. The multiplayer is still a problem after all this time so it's best avoided.

It's clearly not a very stable software platform. You can suspend and resume, but I would say at least 1 time out of 5 that you do it, the console requires a hard reset to get everything functioning correctly again. It's worse on Forza 5, Forza Horizon 2 is fairly bad for it, if you are flipping to the Forza hub typically the controls lock up or stop you selecting stuff. Then if you flip back to the game it can crash. Horizon 2 has crashed on loading screens every other time I have played it requiring a restart.

It's not just my machine, I have googled and it's common. Crashed today after the update on the loading screen.

I enjoyed the games, but the machine itself is not that good, the dashboard is as awful as it always was when I have played on it, you can't find anything in the store and it's not intuitive. It's blatantly clear this thing is not very stable at multitasking despite being built from the ground up for it.

It's hardly any slicker than PS3, and that had this entire in game UI layer wedged on top years after launch, despite a shaky start it became relatively smooth! So it's most amazing how borked Xbone's multitasking is.

It's besides the point really, I didn't get it for that just for games. If I wanted a machine that could multitask better and not crash on resume all the time I would use a 15 year old XP PC (lol)

I see no problems at all with multitasking it works as it should i agree the dashboard is horrid but it has improved since launch . * +

Not really, a little googling shows a bunch of forums topics on the issues, even a year after launch. It's likely that different games can produce different results, but it seems quite a lot can cause problems. Was looking at a reddit topic with people saying the exact same things about the machine's multitasking 'abilities'.... * +

Its weak hardware will start to look even vorse with pc pulling the cap as big as a generation jump very soon. Pc hardware has 4k running smooth now only a matter of time ppl will jump for those extra pixels anf framerate. * +
