so it stopped playin discs few months ago apart from black ops. Altho that played up when took it out so eventually after it loading i left it in. 2 days ago it didn't show up when switched ps3 on. In out, off on wouldn't have it. Out of warrenty so decided to open it. Used a cotton bud thing wet it with water one side and rubbed lense. Rubbed again with dry side. Put together and woo hoo.... * +

one last thing. How long can a ps3 stay on for without blowing up. Reluctant to switch it off let alone change the disc. * +
