Doubt it'll rival the Battlefield 3 or Dark Souls topics, but who knows... Just picked it up, I think I'm gonna like the mix of open world RPG and action combat tbh. As good as Skyrim is...the combat is still meh, and the Elder Scrolls world is just so dull. The fact that encounters aren't scripted for the most part appeals too. Think it was the Eurogamer review that said ya can be fighting a group of 'normal' enemies and without warning a dragon or whatever will just show up * +

And one thing is obvious even from the demo - the dragons will be better than the pathetic 'dragons' in Skyrim * +

you can mod the dragons in the pc skyrim tho to look like randy savage * +

From what I've read online the combat in the full game is MUCH better than it seems from the demo. Though I had great fun setting fire to the Griffin with flaming arrows Plus the s in the demo WERE vastly overpowered. Gonna make my main a Mage I think. Choice of s and balancing the party change how the combat plays too * +

They aren't according to everything I've read. The bigger enemies have their own areas where they tend to appear, or where they'll stick to if ya peg it...but when they appear isn't scripted. The bosses are scripted events, but stuff like dragons and other 'bigger' enemies appearing isn't scripted. That's one of my issues with Skyrim...certain enemies ALWAYS are in the same places. Like the giants. Dragon's Dogma is more dynamic in regards to that * +
