sniper weapon only does 1 shot kills if its a direct hit to the head or upper torso and the latter is only confirmed with the msr and 150 and rsas, most weapon usually need at least 2 shots on other body parts... type 95 been patches many months ago as well as akimbo weapons have got its fire rate halves about the same time 
most battle are s**t at fast paced fps so who in cares when they moan * +
