Post all usage and interface related tips that you noticed or read on the net. I'll start. While typing,pressing the up arrow twice puts the keypad on CAPSLOCK mode. On v1.1.1 tapping spacebar twice puts a fullstop. The sim can be changed while the phone is ON. Pressing the home button (the round button at the bottom) for 6 seconds will close the app being used currently. * +

Press and HOLD the home button AND the on/off/lock button (at the top) for 10 seconds to restart the iPhone. This basically used if the phone hangs and the above mentioned tip to close an app is also not working. * +

While filling out login/registration forms etc using the keypad, to move form one textbox to another,simply press next button on the keypad and to login or search etc, press go on the keypad itself.No need to visit the webpage again and again. Eg to log into gmail, select the username textbox,after filling up the username,just press next to access the password and then press GO on keypad to l * +

To listen to ONLY Audio in Video files: Suppose u got documentaries or lectures in which video is not too imp at the moment or u got low battery or u wanna multi task while hearing audio of a video file or u wanna save battery and lock the screen but still wanna hear audi of video files, theres is a way...contd. * +

Simply get tuneWiki from the installer.app, this application is actually a lyrics downloading and syncronising/karaoke application with its own music player.It lists all the media files on the iPhone including videos.But it only plays the AUDIO part of a video file.At this point the audio part keeps playing even if the iPhone is locked or if any other app is opened. * +
