I read that the iphone cannot run multiple applications at the same time. You can open them but only the application your using will run until you switch to another then that will run. It means you cant recieve calls because your running the another app your using right now. * +

WTF!!... Na that ain't true. I'm on mine now and blazing tunes as I type this. To use the phone, u don't need an app either... When u receive a call, all that happens is u pause anything ur doing and talk the call.. Of not turn on loud speaker or use headphones and continue. * +

update-- well since the release of the SDK from apple, there were a lot ralks about the running 3rd party apps on the iphone. One topic is multitasking of 3rd party apps on the device. Apparently apps made by the SDK are not gonna be able to multitask. That means no 3rd party app is not gonna be running in the background of an iPhone. BIG BUMMER huh? *
