Do you have cydia installed? If so, go into it and have a look at the featured apps list. From there download openssh. Once it's installed, you need of access with a wireless router or USB cable to your iPhone. If you have wireless, download an app called winscp, if going the wired route, search for iphonebrowser. Once you install winscp, go into your network connection on your iPhone and note... * +

Now click connect in winscp. You should now be wirelessly connected to your phone. Go to the root directory. Navigate to library/ringtones. have to replace one. Download another app that will let you convert audio files. Once downloaded and installed you need to convert your desired ringtone to m4a format. Once converted, you need to rename the extension to, for example Duck.m4r * +

now you need to transfer that into the ringtones folder through winscp. It will ask you if you want to replace, say yes. That's it. Go to settings/sounds on your iPhone. Navigate to duck and that will be your newly created tone. I'll make a video tut and post it on YouTube for anyone interested. *
