i m using iphone in india with airtel sim. i m not able to use gprs on it.when i call to cc they replied my iphone is not supportd for gprs on airtel. i hv to register 4 a new iphone on airtel to get the gprs work. I cannot buy a new phone. plz help me to get gprs on my iphone * +

ERM find out ur networks apn, username password by searching the Internet.. Then go to settings/general/network/edge and add them there.. If u don't have the edge option then a little system file editing will be required * +

I am on idea and it works perfect...heres the way...Call up customer care...tell them u have some other phone like nokia 6600...Ask them for the gprs ACCESS POINT NAME...do that and post back...Ill tell u what to do next then * +
