Ok well there's lots of things on google and here explaining what jailbreaking is, truthfully it's a really easy thing to do but basically it allows you to have unsigned 3rd party apps and let's you personalize your iPhone.. So you need help with that too and a ringtone?x * +

Thx for ur message yeah the create ringtune option on I tunes doesn't wanna work. I'm going to look up some info on jailbreaking but have to sort my of out iTunes has corrupted the cd rom driver registry files! * +

Well done on getting your pc sorted lol I used a video on YouTube to help me jailbreak mine and my friends iPhones all of you type in google jailbreak iPhone 3g you'll get loads of helpful walkthrough typ vthings with detailed info I used a cydia process x * +
