Follow the instructions might help?? If you have an active wifi connection in your house all you have to do is click on the connection (it usually asks if you want too when you click on safari) then it will prompt you toenter a passkey, that is found on your wireless box as a mixture of letters and numbers.. go to settings, wifi, turn it on, then wait for an active hotspot and select it. Simple *
