If you download a deb file(Cydia apps etc)then you can use iFile to install otherwise ipa's need to be installed using Installous. * +

You need Instalous from Cydia,add http://cydia.hackulo.us/ to download that and iFile is also from Cydia.Appsync is required to sync all downloads with iTunes. * +
