And maybe u dnt know anything abt ur phone lol. Whoever unlock it must hav put in ur web settings without u knowing. Try this: put a Claro sim in it and see what happens...it's gonna ask for ur VPN and u gotta put in the Claro apn ect. And by da way APNs are nt stored on chips here. * +
