There's loads of ways to get themes onto your phone,download em onto your pc then ssh into var/stash and simply copy them into the themes folder.This was you can modify the dock icons,wallpapers etc by using other theme packs * +

There is a themes folder if you follow the path I have given you.....again its var/stash then you have either themes or Themes.k2dk1x to choose from,just download iFile and see for yourself * +

Maybe your looking for the folder upon the phones ui?If that's the case you won't find none that way(it's not like the Nokia) * +
