Broadband. Will test 3g signals when I am out and about and impact on battery life. Is there an app that will auto switch on my 3g when I am out and switch off when I am back home as leaving 3g permanent on would drain battery while it searches continually for the missing ingredient. * +

PC Suit syncs with windows contacts? if yes, thats an alternative. If no then theres an app called Funambol which is also availabe on symbian to sync contacts online .Sync N97 using the funambol symbian app then sync them on the iphone via the iphone funambol app. * +
