Did you realise if want to extend yr warranty to two, that it needs to be before first yr runs out?!?! As they won't do it if not! I was 20 days out?! Like everybody knows this, n exactly the date they bought their phone !! Beware!! *

Welcome:) scary that they don't tell u about this! Was on phone for hr to get it sorted, but getting nowhere fast, but since had dealt with guy before, he did give me a v sneeky way of getting round this issue, as long as can get someone in a shop to help u;) inbox me for details n I'll pass it on *

The sales rep told me about this the day I bought the phone. But again I bought it directly from an apple store, not everyone would do that. *
