In what way do you mean animated?Weather Globe shows animated wind turbines,hot air baloons,rain/snow fall and a few others.MegaWeather shows radar images of the USA,Canada and Austrailia and theres another more cuter app of which the name i cant remember at the moment that shows a virtual view of what the weather should be doing out of your a window from your town.... * +

Alas though,you were spot on,that is the name of the app i couldn't remember the name of....although my description must have been pretty accurate for you to reconise it which is unlike the accuracy of many weather apps!!! * +
