I was frolicking in the AppStore as usual and wanted a new app but it says I need apple version as above. Will that version knock out my unlock and jailbreak and do we have a new version of blackrain for it? I guess longterm if apple tightened up it's OS they could force us to upgrade by having all apps request that we have a particular Os before an app will install? * +

Dani upgrade at your own risk, their is NO jailbreak for 3.1.3. Somebody found an exploit, the same guy that got banned from the AppStore. Dev team are going to use it in their next release, have a read here. The 2nd paragraph mate http://is.gd/8HSLC * +

Try the FW changer app(search Cydia)see if that helps. * +

lol. @s.mcclel I found fw changer but it did not make a difference. I still cant get the app as it still tells me I need firmware 3.1.3 * +
