After much searching, I found a link to help people downgrade from 3.1.3 back to 3.1.2 and allow their iphone to be re-jailbroken and unlocked-just in case anyone accidentally upgraded. Get your 3.1.2 here http://felixbruns.de/iPod/firmware. Google for iTunes 8.02. Follow exactle-except I went directly to blackra1n instead of irecovery. I promise you this works-I just downgraded and restored my ihpone 3gs.

Because I wanted to unlock-just in case I change providers. ATT suck bad where I live now. I think my reception was better when my phone was on 3.1.2 and jailbroke. * +

I have heard nothing but bad things about online offers to downgrade,there's a lot of con artists out there(not saying this one is but just giving a heads up to anyone thinking about it) * +

Some places are with the added insentive of unlocking your network along with it(check the warning on Cydia) * +
