Anybody had any trouble connecting to a Cloud hotspot? It's free with o2 contracts, I've tried 3 different hotspots and each time it's told me that there's an error and to contact o2

Ditto!! Drives me nuts!! There is a way to reset settings by sending a text, then next time use cloud you simply enter number again, text number from o2 help:) * +

Sorry mate not been on, if u go to o2shop or customer services, ask for cloud reset number, then u simply text from ur phone reset to that number, it then texts u when reset, then next time in cloud area, reinsert details :) * +

Thanks mate, I've already sorted it though. Just invade anybody else has the same problem - here is the fix. You can reset your wifi at anytime via www.o2.co.uk/wifireset for both cloud and BT,for changing your mac code/handset you need to do it from the handset by texting wifi to 2121 * +
