Can do a tethered jailbreak if you on 3.1.2 with the new bootrom, if you're already on 3.1.3 you'll have to sit it out ( presuming your hashes aren't saved on Cydia). * +

No dani, if they're on stock 3.1.3 they're screwed. Bootrom just determines tethered or untethered, if it's a new device bought brand new then there's no chance at all * +
