I'm facing a weird problem with Internet connectivity since a couple of weeks now. The phone does not have a steady Internet connection. It keeps on disconnecting from the Internet and whenever I try to open any app that uses Internet I get an error message stating my device ain't connected to the Internet. This is the first time I'm facing such an issue. It used to work absolutely fine though * +

Until I had to travel to the southern India and when I came back to the same city in the same house and the same room it started acting weird. Don't know if it's just the Indian service provider I'm with or the phone itself. Have any of u heard anything as such? * +

Oh and I forgot to mention that to get my Internet connectivity back I need to turn the airplane mode on for a few seconds and then turn it off again, this would give me some time to get connected to the Internet but will eventually get disconnected again and I need to do the same procedure again and again to stay connected. Department of airtel, the service provider I'm with, but they could hardly understand English properly and on top they didn't even know what they were talking about. I think I understand more about their networks than they do. Don't know what am I supposed to do. But I'm officially p*ssed off. * +

Try resetting your network settings and then your home router to reestablish your connections. And sometimes jailbreaking can cause odd behavior-especially if you used blackra1n. * +

Don't know I'd it's the problem bro but my 3G signal used to continuasly drop. I had to turn airplane mode on and off again to get 3G signal back but after a few mins it'd go again. I booked to see the genius bar and they gave me a new iPhone, the problem hasn't occured since * +

@adi, never had such issues while I was in UK mate. It has only developed in recent days. I'm not willing to reset the whole phone at this point until I'm back to London. May visit the genius bar if it continues back in London. * +
