I'm not sure how it is there, but here, if you early cancel the contract ,you have to return the phone or pay full retail for it. If you don't they block the imei so you can't use it. * +

yeah witch thanks again for the input. Like i said before that now i turn my eyes to ipod touch which i dont have to get strangled with the contract.. so end of story. anyway, once i bought ipod touch, i let you all know.. *
