Thats what I do. I get my apps through iTunes on my Mac and only put them on my iPhone when I need them and then remove. I put movies on the iPod and music on both. * +

greggie alot of us came from s60 devices and haven't looked back, theres loads of apps for free. You can even get the paid apps for free if you jailbreak *
