I have been experiencing this issue since I got my 3GS but not consistently. That's why couldn't take it to the genius bar. On top being able to jailbreak is my priority and I'm ready to sacrifice a few missed call alerts. Lol...!!! * +

By the way, I'd like to suggest you to check it without jailbreak. It may be an issue with that. * +
