Anymore,1st my 3GS stops connecting to my pc and now my socket charger seems to stopped working(or is it the phone)as i got a shot of m8s 3G charger and still no power.Is there any major difference between the 2 chargers ?Scared to take it to the genius bar just incase they pull out a working charger and stumble upon my jailbreak. * +

Exactly right,so i'm not sure how safe it is to take back into the Genius bar for a replacement!Should a 3G charger charge a 3GS. * +

Using a spare 5800 by the way and for the record i would like it to be noted that i already miss my iPhone,there really is no comparission(for me anyway there isn't) * +

Yes a 3G charger should charge the 3GS, can't you connect it to the laptop and restore it anyway? I wouldn't take it to genius bar why it's jailbroken mate * +

Wish i could restore it but the problem started on the pc and laptop first as i stated in my original post,that's what makes me think it's the phone but perhaps now you understand my predicement ?Should i or shouldn't i book an appointment. * +

Even if u go to the genius bar, they won't help u if they manage to find out that it's jailbroken. Best option to try it out with a few other chargers. If it doesn't work then u don't have any other option anyway. * +
